Accelerating Your Growth

The purpose of this mediations is to program at a cellular level an acceleration of your growth. This will assist you in shifting your beliefs to enable you to reach your highest potential in this lifetime. As you program at a cellular level, the pictures you send you DNA can change your vibration, your magnetism, your aura, your life. 

Quietly focus your mind, relax your body, and start by taking a deep breath. Put on enhancing music, light sage, use oils.Connect with your higher self.

• Picture yourself growing smaller and smaller, taking your consciousness, like a point of light, to the very core of al the cells in your body. 
• You are now a dot of light traveling to the centre of the nucleus of your cells. You can be in one of them or all of them at once. In the nucleus of your cells is your DNA, which contain your life code. 
• Ask your DNA to release any programs, decisions, or beliefs that are not serving you and your growth. You do not need to know what these beliefs are; simply ask for them to be released.
• Send love through your heart to all your DNA. Surround your DNA with light. 
• Mentally tell your DNA that you want to reach your highest potential in this lifetime. Ask for it’s assistance to bring in new program, beliefs, and thoughts that will make it possible to reach your highest potential in this lifetime. 
• As you finish and return to your awareness to the room, decide you will embrace every opportunity present to you to grow. Affirm that you are ready to reach your highest potential in this lifetime. Make an even greater commitment to your spiritual growth. Start by loving and accepting yourself as you are right now, acknowledging the light, love and power that you already have within you.
