Advanced Recapitulation
A key point to remember when practicing this exercise is that you should be awake and alert— never tired— and to keep your vertical power current really firm.
- Invoke your guides and set your intention. Sit with your feet flat on the floor and stand with your knees slightly bent. Set your intention to retrieve the energy you have sent out to theirs, bringing those filaments back to yourself, and to send back the energy that is not yours. Focus on your breath and charge your central energy channel until you feel that you have connected with unbending intent. You gather your unbending intent with a series of powerful breaths. Then you are in alignment and really grounded with the earth. When your intent is firm, nothing can happen except what you intent. There should be no room for any other option. You’re gathering your energy, breathing it in, making yourself strong.
- Choose a person or situation to recapitulate. Choose someone who is or was very controlling, negative, threatening, or violent to you. The person can be alive or dead. Death is just a change or planes. Place your image of this person up in the left hand corner of the ceiling and leave it there to keep it our of your field. Visualize the person until you have forged a solid connection. Remember to keep him or her away from your direct line of vision and far enough away from your field. Now visualize the bioplastic streamers, the filaments of light that extend out of your body and go up towards the person you have placed near the ceiling. Can you tell how many strands there are? What do they look like? Make sure your eyes are open during this exercise.
- Extend. Move your physical hand up to the person in the corner of the ceiling. Then, using your intent, reach your energy hand past your physical one up towards the person. Do not bring the person down into your field. Using your unbending intent, charge your field with your breath, especially in the spine, and start to gather the filaments together in your hands. Use two hands if necessary to get a firm grip. They will feel a little like vines, or maybe tree branches.
- Bring the filaments back to you. Keeping a firm grip on the filaments, use a fierce in-breath through the nose— to start pulling the filaments back to you. It is the breath that pulls them, not your arms or hands. Your hands will know when they should come back to your body. Allow your hands to come down as your breath the filaments back into your core essence.
- Clean and expel. As soon as you have completely brought the filaments back to you, immediately shift your focus to the right and shift to a fierce out-breath through the mouth. With unbending intent, clean off the strands. If there are any strands of energy that are not yours, send them back with fierce out-breaths, using your hands to help you if necessary. Don’t try to see where the energies go; stay focused on blowing them back until you feel clear.
- Integrate. Come to rest. Allow the energy from the recovered strands to integrate in your field and in your physical body.Check your energy to see if you’re up for going another round. If you are too tired, disconnect and wait for another day or two before attempting another pass.
- Disconnect. Like the sweeping breath, do three breaths until you no longer feel any filaments extending from your body. Drink plenty of water whenever you work with this process.
