Calming Your Emotions
The purpose of this meditation is to attune your emotions with the pure, high, fine feeling-tones that exist in the higher dimensions.
Quietly focus your mind, relax your body, and start by taking a deep breath. Put on enhancing music, light sage, use oils.Connect with your higher self.
- You can use your breathing to influence your emotions. Start by breathing deeply; exhaling so that you can push out even more air than normal. As you inhale, straighten your spine and adjust the back of your neck and head so that your energy can flow up your spine and out through the top of your head.
- Imagine you are in a cocoon of light, and you are floating upward into the higher dimensions. Int these dimensions, there are actual places where beautiful energy-tones, notes of the purest emotions, emit their guiding vibrations. Each place emits a difference vibration of the purest quality. Some vibrations are feeling-tones of love, compassion, courage, harmony, joy or peace. There are places with vibrations for every beautiful feeling you can imagine. These pure vibrations are like tuning forks, providing reference tones to make these higher vibrations available to all beings.
- What feelings, such as confidence, love or courage, would most benefit your growth right now? Think of this quality. As you do, you are drawn to the place where this feeling-tones exists in its purest note and strength. Sit in this beautiful feeling-tone of whatever feeling you have chosen.
- Let the broadcast being emitted from this place produce resonance in your emotions so that you take on this quality as your own. Feel yourself changing at a vibrational level.
- Imagine yourself in a future situation, demonstrating this quality or feeling. In this future situation, you might feel the vibration of this pure quality pouring through you and becoming part of you.
- When you are ready, return to the room in your cocoon of light. You can return to this or any other feeling-tone at anytime you want.
